Lubricant FAQs
Find answers about choosing, using and storing lubricants, as well as orders, documents and delivery.
Choosing a lubricant
How do I choose the right lubricant?
Start with the equipment manual: check the application, viscosity and required specifications or approvals. Share the model and current oil if unsure. Similar product names alone do not establish suitability.
Are oils with the same viscosity interchangeable?
Not necessarily. Viscosity is only one requirement; product type, additives, performance specifications and equipment approvals also matter. Check the exact products before changing oil, especially across engine, hydraulic and gear applications.
Does a thicker oil provide better protection?
No. Oil must flow and lubricate under the intended operating conditions. Choose the viscosity specified for the equipment and temperature range rather than simply choosing the thickest oil.
Does synthetic oil automatically suit every engine?
No. “Synthetic” does not replace the required viscosity, performance specification or manufacturer approval. Check the exact product against the engine manual, including any emissions-system requirements.
Use and storage
Can different brands or types of lubricant be mixed?
Do not assume compatibility from matching viscosity or colour. Check the exact products with the lubricant supplier and equipment maker before mixing or switching; some combinations require draining or flushing. Greases also need a separate compatibility check.
How often should lubricating oil be changed?
Follow the equipment maker’s service interval and adjust for operating conditions as instructed. There is no single mileage or hour limit for all oils. Where appropriate, oil analysis can help assess condition; synthetic oil alone does not justify extending the interval.
Does dark engine oil always need immediate replacement?
Colour alone cannot determine whether engine oil is fit for use. Consider the service interval and equipment condition, and investigate unusual changes. Follow the equipment instructions for warning lights or abnormal operation rather than judging only by appearance.
How should lubricants be stored, and what is their shelf life?
Keep containers sealed, sheltered and protected from contamination, following the label and SDS. Shelf life depends on the exact product and storage conditions; confirm it with the supplier. Storage life is not the same as the oil-change interval once the lubricant is in use.
Orders and private label
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typical starting quantities are about 3,000 pieces for 1L bottles, 1,500 pieces for 4L bottles, 500 pieces for 18L pails and 80 drums for 200L drums. OEM and mixed orders are confirmed separately. These figures are a reference, not a guarantee for every grade.
Can you supply private-label or OEM lubricants?
Yes. We match a factory to your viscosity, target standard, pack size, label language and order volume. The chosen manufacturer, specification basis and commercial terms are written into the offer.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Say so in the inquiry form, and include the grade and destination. We confirm whether a sample is available, and who pays the freight, before anything is shipped.
Why are prices not listed on the website?
Price depends on the grade, packaging, volume and trade term. We quote after the brand and factory for that requirement are confirmed.
Suppliers and delivery
Are the lubricants on this website made by CloudBridge-AI?
No. You are buying through a sourcing coordinator, not a lubricant factory. Sichuan CloudBridge-AI Technology Co., Ltd. matches buyers with suppliers. EILONG products come from Weifang Aorunde New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Selected TRIOSD products come from Sichuan Triosd Lubricants Co., Ltd. Each quotation names the brand, the manufacturer and the seller.
Which documents can you provide?
Common documents are a technical data sheet (TDS), a safety data sheet (SDS) and a batch certificate of analysis when the supplier issues one. Export shipments can also include a packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin. Before you order, confirm scope and validity for the quoted product.
Which countries can you ship to?
We coordinate export for overseas buyers, including Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other markets. The trade term — EXW, FOB or destination freight — is set for each shipment.
How soon will you reply to an inquiry?
We aim to reply within one business day when the inquiry includes the product, quantity, destination and at least one contact method (email or WhatsApp).
